“Look very sturdy and like a great shoe for all outdoor travels but the sizing is a bit off. They are rather big compared to my previous pair of Jungle shoes. A Jungle 37 fits me perfectly while a AT X 36 is still on the big side. If not for the size, I would have kept them...”

“Bad experience, apart from the fact that the site didn't let me change the color of the chosen model, therefore having to return the shoe purchased, paying the costs for the return, and buying the same model again but given that the purchase was of only one pair of shoes, I was also charged for shipping costs. But up to this point let's say that the thing is correct because all the procedures (except the impossibility of changing by color) are written on the site, but what I couldn't tolerate is the mockery on the part of the customer service who, after having contacted them for clarifications on the impossibility of changing the color they contacted me saying that they would compensate me for the extra costs incurred by asking me to send the codes of the orders placed and the returns made, which I did but every time they wrote to me that I had to send the same things to to the point that I proceeded to say that I no longer wanted to be contacted by them.”
