“I am still waiting for my order. I made my order on November 26th. DHL company said that they made de delivery on December 6th and it is not true. Tropic feel told me that they were doing an investigation and almost one month later I am still waiting for my order! Nobody has called me yet. Unbelievable…”

“I was sent the incorrect size and I am still waiting for the correct size to be delivered after my original order was placed almost one month ago so I can't review this item because I am still waiting to receive it !!”

“I purchased the item on November 25th, we are now at 23 days and counting and I never received it. I will have to deal with my credit card to cancel my purchase. Buyer beware. Follow up: we are now on the 24th of December. Still no package and even worse: I got a message saying that it will be reshipped if it is in stock! What the heck! It was in stock, when they took my money a month ago. I'm really starting to believe that there is fraud going on with this web site.”
