I ordered the vest back in November, but what arrived was I rain coat so wrong item delivered, I tried to get intouch straight away because I ordered it as a Christmas gift , but no one got back to me, after several emails someone finally got intouch and instructions to send wrong item back, I have done as requested, but still no vest in return, very disappointed and still hoping the CORECT ITEM will arrive in time for Christmas.

I was enthusiastic about my purchase, but the product was not comfortable at all (too tight, no wide) and no flexible for my feet, so I had to return it :( whereas the size (longuitude) was ok ‍♀️ so it is a pity because I really wanted them, and the materials seemed like quality ones! I guess that for people with tiny feet this product will be ok. Maybe make a design for wider/taller feet?

i have multiple pairs of Tropical feels and they all have been fantastic including the Canyon HDry sadly though i purchased these on a last call email for Black Friday 50% off sale which was replaced 12 hours later with a 60% of sale, its a shame that the company didnt give this discount as a standard at the start instead annoying everyone who purchased sale items only for a day later to have an extra 10% off. This has been enough to put me off the brand which is a shame as i do think the shoes are excellent.

I haven’t received that yet. I got the wrong item and I have got any update for the exchange process. It’s been a while. I really need to get some updates. I’m looking forward to have it before Christmas.

Me ha desilusionado. Fallo en los cordones, fallo en la comunicación y en la respuesta. Estoy pensando en descambiarlos, hay opciones mejores. Lo siento, pero por su precio, esperaba más.

It's not arrived, and your customer care just gives the same reply again and again. So I think one star is even too much!

The customer service was terrible. Probably the worst experience I ever had. Thankfully someone finally actually read my issue and solved it. But the first few customer service agents weren't even putting the effort to solve the issue. And kept replying like an automated message. The entire experience was just awful. The bag's zip don't close well often. The kangaroo pouch does not fit even size 42cm shoe. They make the advertisement look like your shoe fit but they don't. Total scam. You use their smart pack to pack but when you attach, it's really hard to zip the bag. Everything about the bag was not thought through.
