How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the size? It’s perfect for me!

“I really wanted to love this product as it was one of the very few carry ons that’s expandable with wheels and back pack straps. The design is 65 percent there. The pull handle is very cheap and not solid. The zippers are ykk but again feel very cheap. I highly doubt this bag would with stand any kind of international travel. For the price they are asking I was expecting a much better fit and finish.”

“This is a good product but not a great one. It needs to have more pockets in and out. Also it will be great to have some rings to hook things like keys… and a confortable way to carry on your water bottle.”

“I places my order the 7th of November. Up to now, 2nd of December, I haven´t received the package. I received a mail that I should make a claim, so Tropic feel can investigate. Strange, they know very well I never received the package. Hopefully everything turns out ok, but I do get a very unpleasant feeling with Tropic Feel.”

How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

“Never received the item and no response from customer service about where the shipment went. Clearly a Tropicfeel problem because the tracking number they gave shows the item hasn’t even been picked up from the warehouse. Not sure what they are doing. Terrible.”

“The design is cool, it looks fresh, however it is not 100% waterproof and on some points it doesn't feel like high quality. Also there is very little room for your toes.”

“It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the items I have paid for. And no one from Tropicfeel has reached out to me or responded to my queries. I will not be shopping here ever again. Neither will I recommend this product to anyone. I have not received it, so how can I review it. My first impressions of the service are very poor unfortunately.”
