“Unfortunately the shoes ordered were not the right size and I requested a refund. Astonishingly, I am informed that it will take 15 business days to complete the formalities relating to the returned goods. Despite being informed that Tropicfeel "understand that receiving your refund promptly is important to you" it apparently takes about 10 business days to inspect the returned items — "a bit of time is needed to ensure everything is in order" -- seriously 10 business to days to inspect a pair or sneakers Improve your customer service pronto......”

“Purchased a similar pair 2 years ago. Still wear them, loved them straight away. Hence why I thought I’d buy another pair. The quality appears to have somewhat deteriorated and the fit wasn’t as good. So I returned them.”

“The bag is good for business travel or city travels. I used it for 20 days on the Camino Santiago and it is too heavy and not really breathing for the back and also the water bottles is difficult to access while walking. For this reason it is not a good hiking backpack for the price. Otherwise the opening of the bag is really useful I like it. Thank you, hope this could help you improve it.”

“The idea, the shape and the straps are very good. Except: the closure does not work. Only with a lot of fiddling I can manage to really get the two lines ideally in line to close the bag. @customerservice: maybe should I return the bag for exchange? Would it work properly, the bag is perfect. Also to bring laundry to the hotel's cleaning service.”
