“Cancellation, exchange and refund procedure of product are extremely unfriendly and passive. The company did not take the initiative to arrange a refund to me after my parcel is returned to the warehouse. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.”

“The vest is a bit of a letdown. For the positives, it is indeed quite warm, the color and material feel nice and I like the fact that it can be made longer or shorter. The fleece lining in the hand pocket is also a nice bonus. The vest seems reasonably waterproof. However, my vest came with a bunch of shortcomings : - the neck warmer is useless. From other reviews, I understand it is not only my vest but every vest is concerned so beware if you are buying it especially for this feature. I have a pretty standard head and it is simply impossible to pass it on top of my head, only a kid could (maybe) manage it - the neck warmer is hidden behind a zipper and I'm not really sure what the purpose is. - the hood and collar are weirdly sized. You cannot zip the vest to the top without putting the hood on, well you can try but then the hood visor will bump into your backhead. If you intend to wear a scarf, it's even more difficult. And I'm not a fan of the hood shape when it's on. - my vest came with a missing magnet ; not a dealbreaker, but it doesn't close all the way. All in all, a bit of a letdown but it does the job in terms of heat retention.”

“Nice design and technical features, but it doesn't deliver what it promises. If you are looking for a real winter jacket for colder or rainy days, I recommend exactly that: a winter jacket or rain jacket. But probably not the NS60 Jacket. - Unfortunately the material is too thin and cannot withstand a really cold day in the long term. - Expanding into a longer coat is a nice idea, but it doesn't turn out nearly as long as shown in the videos and pictures. I'm assuming the models wore oversized clothes. For me it didn't extend particularly well over my bottom and I wore an M as I'm 1.80m tall and slim. Due to this insufficient length, there is no real protection from rain, snow, wind, etc. in the leg region. - The integrated neck warmer is another nice, but not well implemented detail: it is very difficult to get the mesh/net over your head and almost ruins it because it is too tight. A more elastic band or something similar could have helped. What also doesn't speak well for its suitability for everyday use is the fact that you can't take the jacket off once you've pulled the neck warmer over your head. You almost choke yourself and, as I said, it is difficult to get the neck warmer back over your head quickly and easily. And now the most important detail, which shows how Tropicfeel acts to generate money that they are not entitled to and is also not customer-friendly: To return the goods, they ask you to cover the costs yourself for each delivery. For me that was €9.99, which was deducted from my repayment contribution. There was no other option. Only the exchange is free of charge - AND that's what they advertise. But of course not with the excessive costs of the return. I guess then there would only be half as many customers. Firstly, this is absolutely not competitive compared to competitors and with an order value of almost €200. Secondly, it is legally questionable because I could have sent the package to the GERMAN address for much cheaper than the asking price. Here you should insist on sending it yourself and therefore cheaper to the address. For me, everything else is a covert scam to generate income.”
