“Sie sind oben sehr eng geschnitten, was nirgends steht. Der Kundenservice ist auch nicht kooperativ. Sehr schade, eigentlich schöne Schuhe. Aber durch die fehlende Beschreibung der vollständigen Passform musste ein Versand von 10€ bezahlt werden. Der auch total überteuert ist! Leider so nicht zu empfehlen”

“It has been weeks since I placed order # 33205. Tropic feel took my money but we have never received the shoes. They were supposed to be for a trip - but that’s too late. We have emailed over and over and get “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” emails but no refund. No shipment of a replacement pair. Nothing of any substance. At this point I feel like I’ve been stolen from.”

“Used 3 days then sold second hand. I expected great comfort: they were average (poor for the price). They might be waterproof but their breathability is not good enough. You feel your feet sweat /be hot. Very hard to slip in. My feet weren't snug: the shoes felt slightly too wide.”

“These shoes would’ve been perfect! Unfortunately after putting them on for the first time the sole started to seperate from the top of the shoe. Extremely disappointed. What made the experience worse is that the company won’t replace them and wouldn’t reimburse me for them. In this day I’m age, as a company, you cannot do this. I’ve let everyone I know about my experience with Tropicfeel.”

“I have bought several shoes from Tropicfeel, I might have spent around 600€ (shoes for me and for presents). I decided to exchange this ones because I bought them as a present and they do not feet properly. However they make us pay the transport fees when I just one to change the model. Honestly… after having spent so much money here I didn’t expect this. Terrible service! And although I love how the Sunset model fits, they brake so quickly… I love them but they cost way too much for what they last… Summing up, I do not recommend spending that much money if you don’t know for sure the model fits you well, as you might end up paying 8€ not nothing… I am quite disappointed… Me habré gastado al menos 600€ en Tropicfeel, entre zapatillas para mí y para regalar. Estas últimas las compré para regalar pero no le ajustan bien, con lo que decidí cambiarlas por otro modelo. Cual es mi sorpresa cuando me hacen pagar gastos de envío… No estoy devolviendo! Estoy cambiándolas por otro modelo. Me parece un servicio nefasto y que tras más de 600€ gastados en esta tienda te hagan pagar los gastos de transporte para un cambio es vergonzoso. Aprovechó también para decir que pese a que me encantan las Sunset, se rompen enseguida… el precio está inflado… En resumen, no recomiendo gastarse 130€ en unas zapatillas que no sabes seguro que te van a acoplar bien, porque es muy probable que acabes pagando 8€ de gastos para nada!! Muy decepcionada…”

“Loved the jungle shoes that these replaced. By loved I mean I’ve purchased 6 pairs. Great travel shoes! Unfortunately these are not an equal replacement. The heal cup has been redesigned. Extra padding was added, I’m assuming to make it more comfortable…my opinion the old jungle was very comfortable with no rough spots even when worn without socks which I did often. The issue with this new model, the stitching and seam where the new extra heal cup padding was added is rough/abrasive. Couldn’t wear with socks because the seam was rubbing heal of foot bad enough that the shoe was unwearable. I’m assuming this will be an issue for many people that try this shoe:-( Love the company love some of their past shoes. These were a miss for me. Probably a quality control issue with the seem stitching.”
