“Optisch sieht der Schuh wirklich gut aus. Auch als ich ihn anprobierte wirkte er funktionsfähig. Ich habe ihn extra für meine Weltreise bestellt. Beim ersten richtigen Tragen ist dann direkt die Lasche vorne am Schuh gerissen. Zurück schicken kam dann leider nicht mehr in frage. Wir haben bereits das zweite mal bestellt, da der Schuh beim ersten Mal schon defekt ankam. Da konnten wir ihn noch retournieren und dachten es sei ein Versehen. Schlechte Verarbeitung und absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, würde ich nie wieder bestellen. Außerdem ist der Schuh sehr eng, was erst bei etwas längerem Tragen bemerkbar ist.”

“The heel counter is way to hard. This pushes to much on my achilles heel when walking. Some of your other shoes (dune) have soft heel counters, those feel much better”

“I am very disappointed with the HDry concept from Tropicfeel. I really love my water-friendly shoes such as the Jungle model, these are durable and deliver on all that is promised on the website. However, the waterproof shoes are a complete disappointment. Last year I ordered Geyser shoes that leaked within a month of buying them, and the replacement pair I received had the same issue. This year I was hoping the product quality had improved, but I have been severely disappointed. The Canyon HDry shoes look very nice, are very comfortable and are waterproof when new from the box. However, within 5-10 days parts of the shoe delaminate and the shoe starts to leak. As mentioned, this happened to two pairs of Geyser I bought earlier, and also to the Canyon Hdry shoes. I have only just received the replacement pair, but also with this pair already some glued-together seams are coming apart. The durability is appalling. I am very much attracted by the concept of the design, but they should last at least a year of normal wear, not less than two weeks. I really hope Tropicfeel can improve their product quality of these waterproof shoes. It is not like they are very cheap and you would expect poor quality, instead, based on the price point, I would expect high-quality shoes...”

“The sneakers are beautiful and very stylish; however, the elastic laces are too short and do not accommodate feet with a high instep. I had to adapt them in a way that the last hole, where they should go, is not used. My dissatisfaction reached its peak on the 10th day after the purchase. I went hiking, and the shoes got dirty. I cleaned them as instructed, but the stains didn't come out. Given that they are white, it's quite bothersome that they are now no longer suitable for casual wear. The supposed great advantages of the sneakers, such as versatility for different contexts, water resistance, and easy cleaning, are proving inaccurate in less than two weeks. This is unacceptable considering the price they cost.”

“They never arrived. I didn't contact customer service because last time y'all were not very helpful. Rather than deal with that I've decided to just no longer buy your products. Which is unfortunate because I really like your shoes and was looking forward to purchasing one of your backpacks”
