“Ordered these and they were too big - so size chart is wrong. Sent them back on my one free return. Tropicfeel then sent me a completely different pair of shoes in a size five numbers above what I ordered. Then the most disapointing “customer service” journey began. I was asked to organize and pay for the return of the wrong shoes by myself. When askes about the fairness in this since it was none of my fault that I received a wrong product, customer service insistered that there was nothing they could do. I have sent them the wrong shoes. Haven’t heard from them since. Haven’t received the right shoes. Haven’t seen my money since. So can’t tell if I would have liked the shoes. But it is definately my last time shopping Tropicfeel.”

“I think the backpack has great potential, but it’s not made for ladies with larger chests - it’s designed for the straps to fit perfectly straight over your shoulders, not pushed to the side to accommodate your chest (it will dig badly into your shoulders/neck - painful even without anything in it because of how stiff it is). Glad I opened the box immediately so it was still within the return window. It seems like the brand as a whole (pants, clothing, backpacks) is not designed for larger people! Which is a bummer because the accessories that i ordered with the bag were (for the most part) amazing - closet and toiletry bag were great quality, packing cube not so much - you can find better (and cheaper) on Amazon. I really wish the straps just had more flexibility - if I can’t wear it comfortably that defeats the purpose of having it, even with the cool accessories. If you’re smaller chested, you will have no issues and I’d actually recommend this - larger people, avoid this backpack!”

“I would gladly review these shoes more positively, but unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with an issue that occurred from the very first try: the terminals of the laces snapped off. At first glance, these shoes seemed to promise comfort and convenience. However, during the initial use, I noticed that the lace terminals were not sturdy enough to withstand the tension of normal lacing. This made it impossible to achieve a proper and secure foot lockdown within the shoe. Given the lacing mechanism of this model, where the lace terminals play a fundamental role in keeping the footwear firmly secured to the foot, this flaw is particularly problematic. Not only did it compromise the functionality of the shoes, but it also made the overall experience uncomfortable and insecure. I am disappointed that such an important detail as the lace terminals was not crafted with the necessary quality and durability. I hope the manufacturer considers this feedback to improve the quality of their product in the future. In conclusion, I cannot recommend these shoes due to the issue encountered with the lace terminals. I hope this defect is addressed, as otherwise, the shoes would have the potential to be an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and convenience.”

“We you can read in my mail, that you haven't answered yet, the plastic near the lace fell off when you put it on for the first time and so did the white thing to secure it. You send advertisements etc but cannot respond to my email?”

“Good morning, I would vote ZERO stars but your survey starts from 1 star. I'm really disappointed with the result of this purchase. When I opened the package and tried the shoes on for the first time at home, the tropicfeel label sewn onto the tongue broke!! If I had to rely on my monsoon for an adventure outing, I'm sure I would be barefoot within a few hours. I'm really annoyed Stefano”
