“Same problem with knot stoppers and laces as all models. If you wear a well adjusted size the laces are in their limit at last shoe holes and you end up losing the knot stopppers. 2 modesl I have used: these lava and a pair of canyons. Both had the same problem”

“I m very frustrated following the purchase of the Canyon HDry. The shoe laces and the rubber at the end broke. I wore them for 2 days. I send many mails to the customer support. They promised to send a pair of laces, but this never happened. No recommendation to buy one of the articles of tropicfeel due to bad support. At all no recommendation to buy the Canyon HDry due to material problems.”

“I was in desperate need of a bag for work equipment and decided to invest heavily hence why I bought the nest. In theory it sounds great. Practically, it isn’t great. The zips are so stiff. The bag doesn’t support the weight of a laptop and the shoulder straps have already ripped. I can’t afford to send it back / get a new bag as I’m using it everyday (only used for a week) but overall I am quite disappointed”

“Poor materials or badly built. After first use, it has a lot of creases on top, front, that make it look like it has been used for years.”

“Although I really like the concept of the day bag clipping on to the main bag, the material used for the bag's externals is very poor. It has started to fall apart already in less than one month of use. Disappointed with the quality of the material used.”
