I did not have the opportunity to even try the Canyon HDry. I already own several pairs of your Canyon model. Size 40 fits me perfectly. However, when I ordered the Geyser and Canyon HDry models in the same size (40) they were too big. Why is sizing not consistent between models? I love my Canyon shoes, by the way, which is why I tried to order other TropicFeel models. But now I'm scared to try other models.

So after spending £139 on my Canyon HD's with the promise of a £30 cash-back, they turned up and were massive! I initiated the return/exchange for a smaller size which was pretty seamless and simple. The replacements arrived and upon trying them on the 'anglets' (plastic bits on the end of laces and a new word I learned during this process) fell off in my hand. I also noticed that the £30 cashback had become £20?!? I contacted customer support and they told me I could order new laces It was a 2 - 4 week wait due to a change of warehouse in Germany and if I wanted to exchange the shoes again I'd have to pay for the shipping. The kicker was the process of ordering the replacement laces was a nightmare as the 'Corewhite' colour wasn't available on their website as it needed to be updated apparently. They did reinstate the £30 cashback though... About the trainers? Well, I've not worn them out and about yet but they seem comfortable around the house. I have the white ones and I think they'll be a nightmare to keep clean. I did ask support if there was anything they would recommend to keep them clean and I was pointed to a YouTube video and told not to put them in the washing machine. I have the tropicfeel shell backpack and I love it and the ordering process was very simple. This has been a bit of a nightmare so far.

Tolle Optik, leider ist der Schuh viel zu schmal. Er drückt an den Seiten und ich bekomme ihn kaum angezogen. Mußte ihn zurück senden. Schade.

I had loved my first pair of shoes that I bough at tropicfeel so I went with my close eyes for this new pair. Unfortunately i find them quite difficult to put in (even though the size is correct) which I manage to overcome by using the little strap on the back to help me get the heel in. However in less than one week the little strap is already coming off, so can’t use it anymore. The fact that it’s hard to put in I can accept it cause it might just be something about my foot shape or whatever but I was really expecting more quality wise…

It was too narrow although the shoe is bigger than my other two pairs of Tropicfeel... Had to send them back on my cost but the process completed without problems
