“This is a return. I previously choose a 40. I usually wear 40/41. For the return I choose 41. Nonetheless the shoe is too small especially the width is too tight and overall the base of the shoe is too tight. Unfortunately I cannot use the shoes.”

“I received them with one shoe in 40 and the oder in 38, I wear a 41... I returned the shoes but did not receive a new pair although when I requested an exchange they were available, fortunately I got a refund... unfortunately it remains a very bad experience.... how can you have two shoes of different sizes in the same box...”

“Tropic feel is over size. I tried to change my size but even if the customer service is very responsive I could not. I changed to a 42 but even if my order was processed I receive an email saying the size was not available. I proposed to take another color but apparently it was not possible. The only way was to change the model... what I did not want. They reimbursed me partially. Indeed, for some really unclear reasons (and I am still waiting some explanations), they did not reimburse me the transport costs. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!”
