How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“I had high expectations from the shoe. The company runs one hell of a marketing campaign, unfortunately the shoes feel flimsy and palsticy. Sadly the upper started coming apart on the side the third time I wore it. I walked around 10-15 km around the city in a flat environment. I had changed the original pair I'd bought as the the colour (light grey) was quite diferent from the photos. Consequnetly I can't return the current pair- company policy. Their customer care person was nice enough and patient over our email exchnage however the policy of not being able to return a barely used faulty shoe baffles me.”

“Between my husband and myself we have ordered this garment 3 times , and 3 times we have been sent the wrong size . Each time, the garment in the size we wanted was advertised on the website as available . Not once did the company acknowledge their mistake , we were treated on each occasion as though we had ordered incorrectly. We were so sick of the return process that we kept the last one and gave it away .My husband now has the vest layer with nothing to go underneath it . So I would love to review it if it was possible to actually buy one !”

“Had to exchange the Geyser for one size smaller. 45 fits me, but the shoes are still a bit bulky, I have to tie them tight but then I have to regularly tie the laces (not just strip/tie the plastic piece). One needs to make a little effort to put the shoes on as the opening is a bit smaller. The soles are a bit stiff. walking is not as comfy as expected. Overally I decided to keep the shoes and give it another shoot on a longer hike.”
