“After using them for 4 months during traveling, I'm not happy with the pants and here are the pros and cons: PROS: - As a woman I LOVE the amount of pockets and zip pockets it has. It is difficult to find this in woman pants. - The style is really good, casual but technical. You can look decent instead of a trashbag (other zip off pants that are horrible) - Elastic belt is really practical. - The adjustment at the bottom is TOP. CONS: - It's VERY THICK and HEAVY, I don't think is a pant for traveling at least not to warm or medium warm countries. Not at all for hiking. I found my self evoiding to put them on all the time because they are very uncomfortable due to the thickness (short and long version). A light and thin version of this pants would be amazing. - In the male version, the zip off part is covered to not damage the skin due to frictions and when you put the long part. I don't know the reason but in the woman version this doesn't exist. I had wounds because of the friction and I had to be really careful when I put the long part. At the end I sewed some fabric myself and problem solved. - Sizing is a bit strange I felt like they were a bit tight in the thighs but the belt too loose. I think if the belt could be adaptable and not just elastic, it can solve the problem. - The zip off zipper... This drove me nuts, I felt like it should be the other way around, it was quite annoying to put the long part. I think it should enter in the front and finishing in the back (maybe it's not possible because is the way that zippers are manufactured, I don't know). I think is a really good first prototype but with a lot of things to improve. I wish Tropicfeel creates a lighter and improved version.”

“The product use video gives the entirely misleading impression that the Sand comes with all the inserts that make the packing logic work. Instead, for the significant price of €180, you just get the backpack and nothing else. You need to pay more for all other inserts. Not impressed. I am returning mine for a refund. 'Be responsible. Be respectful. Always leave a positive footprint' as Tropicfeel's website claims. That's a fail for me. Leaves a bad impression.”
