On my account of tropicfeel, I read the shoes were delivered, but that's completely untrue, I didn't get them to the day. I reached out to their support service and I got "Well, it takes time to figure out what happened, if we don't get back to you in 10 days, reach out again". After being extremely satisfied with the first products I bought from them--shell backpack and jungle shoes--that turned me into a loyal and almost exclusive for my shoes' go-to brand, lately, I have been kind of disappointed. The Dune shoes barely lasted a few months before getting a tear in fabric, and the Geyser I got last year, couldn't take me through one gentle winter. Meanwhile, the Jungle I got three years ago are still good to go, worn off ofc, but no tears in the fabric, no sides unglued with holes in them. The Canyon was my last hope but I guess it will not work out after all.

sizes are not correct, much tighter fit quality is poor - insoles loose and come out easily feels cheaply made

Incapables de comprendre que la France ne compte pas que la ville de Paris, une erreur se glissait À CHAQUE nouvel envoi dans mon adresse. Je n’ai jamais reçu le moindre colis après 6 mois d’attente. Le service après vente n’envoie que des mails automatiques, toujours les mêmes et à chaque fois, impossible d’avoir une réelle réponse. Après harcèlement, j’espère enfin recevoir un remboursement d’un colis que je n’aurais malheureusement jamais.

They are indeed very good in instagram marketing. Too bad that I fell for it. The quality of the Canyon sneakers do not match the high price. Due to the thin sole they are definitely not suitable for sports, running or hiking. Also, after being in contact with water once and after wearing them foe 2 weeks the sole became deeply wrinkled and developed grooves that will not go away. Better buy Nike or Adidas. Deeply disappointed.

I ordered the shoes and after initially exchanging them for a smaller size, there's been a series of mistakes and miscommunication from the customer service team which went like; - Sends me a damaged pair - As there's no return label after the first exchange, I had to post it myself. - Sends me wrong colour pair - Customer service wrongly tells me the colour I received is the colour i ordered. They are very different. They admit their mistake. - Again I post it back myself for another exchange - Customer service cancels my order instead of exchange - They apologises and tells me they will refund the full amount as well as the postage I paid so far - Refunds me wrong amount - I receive a notification saying that I'll receive an order - I thought it was all cancelled. - They assure me that the order is cancelled and the notification is a mistake - They refunds me wrong amount again - Despite saying it's a mistake and all cancelled, I received an order. I contact the customer service to take it back as I didn't want it after all above. They say they can't pick it up and I have to post it back to them, again wasting my time and with my own money which they fail to refund correctly twice already. - The order (still unopened) is still waiting to be picked up by them. It's been a really poor and frustrating customer service experience. They think by being friendly (putting emojis and apologising on email) is good customer service. It's not. Do the right thing and arrange a pick up from me immediately.

I received my order very quickly but found that the shoes were too big. I processed an exchange on the website and mailed them back, requesting a smaller size. Since then, I haven't heard anything. No confirmation of the exchange being received or processed, no credit to my credit card, no word of a new pair being sent, nothing. It has been quite a few weeks now. I have several pair of TropicFeel and they are great shoes. I just wish the service were better.

Hello, I bought the bag for the wardrobe which was very not clear that was NOT included when I made the purchase. Now I want to buy it but can do it on the website :-( so the bag is useless. Can you please help?

I have just walked 4 days on my trip to Vietnam. Already starting to break, i am very disappointed.
