“First i ordered M size because of the size guide. But it did not fit me. So i exchanged it for L size. The L size was ok, but little bit big for me. But i had to return it (had to pay return costs) because i did not feel good in it. Walking was .. strange - i think mostly because of the zip. Also, i think it is quite expensive.”

“Although I love the quallity and the versatility of the pants, I had to send them back because they were too short. I have no exception size (185cm). A pity because I would have kept them. I regret very much that it will cost me return costs though it is not my fault that I have to send them back. This will retain me from buying again at your website.”

“I never got it even after placing the order 2 times; I needed the jacket for my trip to Peru and Mexico but it’s all in vain. All I got from the customer care was a 15% discount code for my next purchase. I’ll never be a returning customer so you can keep your 15% off.”

“Anticipated this "waterproof" jacket for 6 months before it finally arrived a couple months late of the delivery date. Initial thoughts were great, finally a lightweight, comfortable, transformable waterproof jacket for my needs. After about six months of owning the jacket while using it maybe 15 wears I noticed the inner sleeve plastic wrist lining had developed what looked like black mold. Pretty unsatisfied after waiting for the product to ship out to it failing in having any waterproof abilities to then growing bacteria in the lining of the jacket.”

“I still didn't receive my order. It's been a month and nor you, nor DHL is giving me an answer or solution to get my purchase. Your colleagues told me to get in touch with the logistics company, with no help at all. Once I receive it, I'll send a complaint form.”

“This bag is poorly made. The stitching very quickly comes unraveled and seams come apart after very light use. I have returned the bag for a replacement and the replacement bag was even worse. Tropicfeel refuse to refund me, and will only replace the bag under warrenty. I have barely used both bags I received and they are not fit for purpose. Considering the cost of the bag I expect it to be well made and long lasting which it is not! Waste of money and very disappointing.”
