“Just a fair product. Goods. -Self packable -Water proof Bads. - The sizing is bad, the upper seems to be to loose for me yet the arms are not long enough for me to use the thumbhole cuffs. -DEFINITELY not warm enough for temperatures below 5 if combined with the NS60 Jacket. The layer alone isn't warm enough for even less than 10. Wrong marketing there. -Also, totally not worth the price. Should've been cheaper.”

“The pants fit but the thighs did not. I got a size small and the pants fit great, but the zipper part is tight and also not covered so you just have it rubbing against your skin. The shorts fit on the tighter side which you don’t notice too much until you do any movement other than standing. I would never wear these to hike or anything involving movement. Very weird fit for the short portion which ruined it for me unfortunately. I wore them once to work and wasn’t comfortable the whole day. They look like a great concept, but just because it’s a women’s pant doesn’t mean the shorts have to be short and tight- especially if it’s advertised as a hiking pant. I’ve seen people who got all different sizes say the same thing about the thighs, even if you size up. The thing that would make these pants better for me- 1. Fabric that covers against the inside of zipper to protect from rubbing 2. Changing the fit of the shorts- or making it adjustable? And not the waistband but the thigh size(think Patagonia baggies sizing- still a cute fit but loose enough with enough material for movement and exercise) 3. Having a version of the pant where the material isn’t as think and heavy making it super warm.”

“I was really looking forward to these, but I received a pair of shoes in a different model, different color, and most importantly a different size than I ordered. I went online to try and submit an exchange request through the platform - however, after several attempts I continued to receive an error message at the last step. I contacted the company through the chat bot and when I received a reply by email, they told me again to use the online system. I reiterated that it wasn’t working, asked them to handle it directly and let them know a few alternative colors/models I would gladly accept as replacements since the ones I ordered were no longer available in my size. Ultimately, after a lengthy email exchange back and forth (around 12 emails) I mailed the incorrect shoes back at my own cost (20€) initially (to be reimbursed), sent in a third set of photos and the shipping/tracking receipt, and let them know a fourth version of the shoes I would accept because the others were now also unavailable. So far to my knowledge, they have not sent a pair in my size, and all four of the colors I preferred are now unavailable in my size. I was looking forward to taking these when I move to the tropics for work soon, and I understand mistakes and technical glitches happen, but I am disappointed there hasn’t been a stronger effort to resolve the issue, and to set aside and ship a replacement right away, before they sold out.”

“For my wife's and my christmas gifts, I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from TropicFeel. This is just a review for the Dunes I tried them out the Dunes and found the following issues: 1) The Dunes were not size 42 - probably more 45. They were significantly larger than the other pair that was sized 42. I have pics to prove it. The Dune shoes also did not have the size indicator tape in the inside of the shoe, unlike my other 42 Canyons. They were torn off. 2) The Dunes were clearly used, not new as advertised. The soles were dirty and the box was masking taped to keep it together. This was again, unlike the new box the Canyons came in. I emailed Tropicfeel 3 times to resolve this, and got nothing, so I am writing this review. In total, my wife and I own about 8 pairs of TropicFeel shoes and this will be the last time I buy from them.”

“It was not a good fit. Felt suffocated wearing it for a little while. Difficult return policy. Not happy with the delivery policy as I ordered 3 products and only one was available, not happy with the one product that I received, and return policy is even difficult.”

“Sizing was not as other reviews stated, I ended up having to go up a size. The spring at the end of the shoe lace broke only after wearing for 1.5 weeks. Customer service was nice though”
