“We love our new 12 foot trampoline! We especially love the No-Gap jumping surface, which seems to be a unique feature to Zupapa. Also, the structure is very solid. Unlike other trampoline's we've seen, the springs are much quieter and higher quality--no squeaking! When ordering the trampoline, we accidentally ordered a different model and Jasmine from customer service was kind enough to arrange for a No-Gap cover (and new net) to be shipped to our home free of charge! We are very impressed with this company and their committment to their customers. We highly recommend this trampoline and the company!”

“We’ve had our Zupapa trampoline for five years and it has gotten a lot of use, especially during the pandemic when daily sports options were limited. After five years of exposure to the elements (including my kids and their friends) we did have a tear in the net and the spring padding had started to fray. I contacted customer service and was able to purchase replacements. The customer service was fantastic, very responsive and super helpful and made the process easy. I communicated with Jenna who was great and proactively checked in with me and made sure I received what I needed.”

“It was time to refresh a couple of items on our granddaughters trampoline, and Heather helped to assure that I ordered the correct parts and got the order started rite away and stayed in contact by email until all parts arrived. Great customer service, thank you Heather, great job!”

“We LOVE!!!! Our trampoline! My daughter just said, “mommy can we replace the floors with a trampoline?” Jokes aside, the trampoline is very sturdy and safe for children. A great value for the price. Plus, we had some wind damage, and Customer Service was VERY supportive in helping us fix our trampoline.”
