“I would like to thank Milka for helping us get a replacement safety net for our trampoline. Box #3 of 3 arrived damaged and when we opened it, found the safety net had cuts in it. I immediately reached out to customer service and Milka was able to help get us a new safety net. She emailed us weekly to let us know the status and facilitated the shipping. Can't wait to set it up and have our grandkids enjoy it this summer !!”

“I chose this trampoline for many reasons : size weight limit and safety warranty and excellent customer service , and replacement parts. I was delighted that it went together so well. Heather from customer service was extremely helpful putting my worries at ease about getting spare parts when they wear out.( we live in the southwest and the sun can rot plastic away, so i wanted to be sure we can replace things as needed.) I have been nothing but impressed. The trampoline is sturdy and nice an bouncy. We bought the 12 foot one, and i find i have the space for a decent back handspring, though its tight. I love that it has a cover and that it fits over the mat and springs even when the safety net is on.”

“Our 14 ft trampoline was bought in 2017- its been an amazing investment. But through the pandemic the kids used it a lot and in late 2020 the net started tearing apart. By the end of 2020 we had a broken Trampoline -the net was broken, poles had gone missing (kids had misplaced them), some of the nuts and bolts holding the remaining poles were starting to get rusted. My husband and I debated that we would need personalized support to even understand what to replace and should probably just disassemble and get rid of the trampoline. As a last resort, I reached out to Zupapa customer service and was very pleasantly surprised that I heard back the next morning from Linsey- she is amazingly nice to work with. She started with asking me to send a pic of what the broken trampoline looked like, she then suggested all the parts we might need to salvage it . She also offered a discount for us and eventually got it all shipped over to us in the next couple of weeks. We re-assembled the trampoline this last weekend and its back to being new! HUGE thanks to Zupapa Customer Service and a big shout-out to Linsey for making our experience so pleasant! I would go with Zupapa again for any future trampoline needs!”

“I emailed Zupapa for a replacement net as ours was broken. Jenna responded and was very clear, concise and helpful. Less than a week later the new net arrived. I cut the old one away, fixed the pole covers and slide the sleeves over them. The trampoline looks as good as new. Never go third party, always use the OEM. It fits perfectly and is safe as houses.”

“We chose this trampoline for safety reason as it comes with the safety net, padded poles, and padded area around the springs. We have a 5 and 3 year old who love it and feel it will last them a long time This trampoline was very easy to assemble and the customer service was very responsive to all our questions. Thank you Heather from Zupapa for all your correspondences. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking at purchasing a trampoline for small kids. The only thing I could recommend is that you will want to secure the trampoline with better wind stakes.”
