“My two boys - 2 and 5 - absolutely LOVE their trampoline! So glad we purchased this for them. We love the net and padding as it ensures that they are safe while having fun! Definitely would recommend purchasing this. Also, great customer service if ever needed.”

“We ordered with trampoline for our 7 and 5 year old kids. They are now 11 and 8 and still enjoy bouncing on this awesome trampoline almost everyday! It has been such an essential piece of equipment for our family! I want to stress how this trampoline is four years now in the making. My son has autism and loves to jump more then anyone! He still gets so much exercise from his trampoline. Its a 12 foot , lean design , very safe, the springs are tucked away and we have never had any problems. Just now its nearing the end of its fourth year and may need a new safety net. I emailed the company Zupapa and have been surprised with the excellent response time and attention to getting everything correct in replacing the Safety net. Lan, our representative has gone above and beyond working with me to maintenance the trampoline. I recommend Zupapa trampolines to any family looking for years of fun and exercise for the kids.”

“We have owned our Zupapa 12 ft trampoline for about 3 years now, and it was the best purchase we’ve ever made. Not a day goes by that my 3 kids aren’t on our trampoline. We have more than gotten our money’s worth. And the quality is as good now as it was three years ago. Recently a fallen tree from the storm tore our safety netting. I emailed the company and within 48 hours, Lan, from customer service got back to me and told me they would be happy to send a replacement netting. I was so impressed with the helpful, prompt response. Really amazing! Can’t recommend Zupapa enough!”

“My 3 boys use their 12 ft trampoline everyday. After 3 years of constant use we needed some replacement parts. Dorothy in their customer service dept was a gem! She helped us figure out what parts we needed and shipped them out to us quickly. Our trampoline is like new again! Five star company!”
