“We purchased the 15ft Trampoline in October 2020. We spent quite a bit of time looking at different trampolines and comparing price and quality reviews and then we found Zupapa. Yes it costs more than others we looked at, but after all the research that we did on this brand we were more than happy to give them a try. We contacted customer service prior to ordering to check about the shipping and we received such prompt and helpful customer service from a very nice lady named Jenna. Everything arrived in 3 days, which was amazing that it got here that fast!! We put it together today and everything was there and all pieces were perfect! We got it together pretty quick and the kids have been loving it!! So far we absolutely LOVE the trampoline and even though it is more expensive than others out there, it is very evident from the quality of the materials, the directions and attention to detail in every aspect make it well worth every cent. The packaging of everything was done with care and assembly was easy and honestly it was much easier than we thought. So to anyone who is unsure about giving this trampoline a try, just do it I believe you will be very happy with it just like we are! A great product that is accompanied by awesome customer service is for sure a WIN WIN!! Again another big shout out to Jenna for being so helpful and informative during the process!!”

“We bought 15ft trampoline this beginning of Aug. , unfortunately we noticed the springs get rusted already in couple of months. So I contacted the customer service, Jenna took care of the issue and arranged the replacements immediately for me. Great customer service. I really appreciate. The kids enjoyed the trampoline very much and they have the best trampoline around our neighborhood. Hope it will last many years.”

“I had researched trampolines and was going to go with another company, but they would hardly respond to my emails. So more research brought me to Zupapa and the Safump 15’ trampoline. Zupapa was a little more than I wanted to spend, but so glad I did. All of my emails/questions were answered promptly by Jenna. She said she would keep me informed on my order and she did. The delivery of three boxes came promptly and all at the same time. We had a small issue with our net, so I contacted Jenna, who again promptly responded with a solution. Our replacement net was delivered the next day!!!! The trampoline was extremely easy to put together and all pieces are very well made. So glad we went with Zupapa.”

“We have had the 15ft trampoline for several years and it’s been great! Our kids and their friends have enjoyed playing on it! We have had a few jumpers hang on the net and it came down in one spot. I contacted the company and Lan helped me right away! I was worried after having the trampoline for so long, they wouldn’t have the parts we needed. Lan asked for the mod and a picture and was able to help us order exactly what was needed!”

“We bought this trampoline and when it got delivered we were missing one of the boxes. After contacting the company they sent the missing box and we got it within a couple of days. The customer service is amazing with this company. We are now needing a new mat and reached out to the company and the response was quick.”
