“Great quality and awesome support when needing replacement parts.. With my trampoline was blown over I needed some replacement poles and Lan at customer support responded to my email and sent me my parts immediately Then recently it was time to replace the safety net due to age and again lan responded immediately and kept me updated as to when the back order part would be available”

“My wife and I did a lot of research to decide on which trampoline to buy. After a thorough and lengthy search, we decided on the 15’ Zupapa. We have been very happy with the quality and safety of our trampoline. Having had it since June of 2019, it has now been through 2 AZ summers. Last week, two of the sleeves on the safety net tore. I reached out to Zupapa and was happy to pay for a replacement. After all, the Arizona sun is harsh on anything that sits outside. I was so impressed with Heather@Zupapa! She was so responsive and let me know that they would send me a new replacement net. Couldn’t be more happy with this trampoline and I can personally vouch that Zupapa backs up their product! The most important review is that our 4 kids love it!”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT We love our Zupapa 15ft trampoline! It has been one of the best gifts we have gotten our children. They have jumped on it every day for almost 3 years. We had one minor issue and Lana with Customer Service responded and fixed us right up quickly.”

“We purchased a Zupapa 15 ft. trampoline over 3 years ago, and it has been one of the best gifts we have given our kids! We have 11 kids plus many friends that have enjoyed it, and it has proved to be extremely durable. Although my kids have ruined the safety net, it still lasted way longer than any other brand of trampoline we have owned. After contacting Zupapa to get a replacement net, I was amazed at the incredible and timely service Heather provided for me, especially in the midst of a pandemic when many other companies are difficult to get ahold of! We look forward to many more years of fun on our trampoline!!”

“We love our Zupapa 15ft trampoline! It has been one of the best gifts we have gotten our children. Our dog caused some damage to the mat and Heather at Zupapa has been incredible with getting our problem solved. From being able to help identify our product despite my lack of order number, to discussing repair options, to dealing with communication throughout a pandemic and following up, and also making the return and exchange process as simple as possible for us. Zupapa even helped cover shipping charges. Thank you Zupapa for helping us keep our trampoline safe and we look forward to many more years ahead!”

“My husband and I did quite a bit of research (quality, safety, etc.) on trampolines before purchasing one for our four grandchildren for Christmas almost two years ago. As others have said, purchasing a (15') Zupapa trampoline is likely the BEST investment we have made for their playtime (and they spend a lot of time with us!). Unfortunately our relentless New Mexico heat and sun deteriorated the original net/pole connections. I contacted Zupapa directly and heard from Lan the next day with an answer and helpful information for the replacement!! These guys are awesome: quick to respond to queries, generous in offering additional discounts, and consistently providing terrific service along with an excellent product. We highly recommend Zupapa for family recreation, and special kudos to Lan! PS Our four grandchildren LOVE playing on the trampoline!!!!! Let your creative juices flow in coming up with activities (i.e., camping at night with glow-in-the-dark balloons).”
