“We bought this trampoline a few months ago and it has filled our home with lots of smiles. Our three little boys ages 10, 7 and 4 spend hours on it and love every minute of it. We put it together ourselves and found it easy to assemble and actually a fun family activity. The trampoline is sturdy, well made and has a really good bounce. The side net makes it safe for the kids to jump. I gave this 5 stars because it was everything I was expecting.”

“My kids and I were thoroughly enjoying our new trampoline until a very severe storm came in and flew it into the air, breaking some of the construction pipes. I am surprised it held up as well as it did considering the storm. Overall this is a very well built trampoline. I reached out to customer service, and they were very responsive, and advised me that they would ship out the replacement parts quickly and FREE of charge. I couldn't be happier with the service, and trampoline. Suggest to steak down the trampoline as advised by Zupapa (rope wrapped around top ring pipes with a stake into the ground - to prevent if from flying through the air).”

“We have had this product for over 3 years. My 3 kids love it. The trampoline is sturdy and built very well. Had a quick question to ask and Heather in Customer service was great to deal with. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and super nice.”

“Our trampoline is over two years old and was doing great until we had very heavy wind (90+ mph at times) recently. Most of the net poles stayed strong, but there was one that got bent. Zupapa was great to work with in getting a replacement. It's so nice to work with a company that takes care of its customers, highly recommend Zupapa!”

“When we moved back to the US from Germany, we promised our kids that we would buy them a trampoline. There are cheaper trampolines out there, but we wanted one that would last and one that had a great weight limit so my husband and our kids’ friends can use the trampoline all at the same time. We have had this trampoline for two years now and it has held up really well. The bounce is still as strong as when we first bought it. The only thing that needs replacement is the safety net because my kids like to pull on it and the wind is very strong where we live. It wasn’t even the net that broke, it’s just the part that holds it on the metal poles that severed. But no big deal really. My kids have used this everyday multiple times a day for the last two years! They have so much fun together and it helps them get along so well! This has been a real life saver during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic!”

“We’ve had the 15’ trampoline since 2016. We bought because it had the largest diameter and weight capacity we could find. It has held up super well through the years, a few moves, and seasonal set up/take down as we don’t keep up doing harsh Minnesota winter. My kids and their friends still spend hours at a time on this bouncing away and it still feels sturdy and safe as ever. With all its use we’ve had some expected replacements - pad after third year and net surround after fourth year. Heather from customer service has been great to work with and we were happily surprised how affordable replacement pieces were. Can’t go wrong with this investment in quality product and fun for years to come!”

“I bought a Zupapa 15' tramp several years ago. It has been a great source of entertainment for the kids and neighbors. After several years several welded sections split apart. I reached out to Zupapa to see what the replacement process would be. Jenna was quick to respond with a solution. I no longer had the receipt of purchase or record other then a few pictures. She asked me questions that helped me identify the trampoline purchased and correct parts needed. Within a couple weeks of first contact the parts were received and the trampoline was back up and being bounced on. I am very satisfied with the product but more so with the customer service and their being willing to stand behind their product.”
