“We have had this trampoline for about five years. It is a great trampoline and my kids use it all the time. It has survived being outside for all this time. Our safety net ripped and Jenna the customer Happiness Executive was great at getting us a replacement net quickly. I couldn't recommend this more.”

“Since we have enjoyed our trampoline for a while now, it was time to repair and replace the netting and spring pad. Jenna was my customer service contact and was very patient and knowledgeable, whether it was about the product or walking me through measuring lessons and the ordering system. She kept me updated on a back-order and made sure each order was shipped ASAP when possible. When checking my e-mails, I always knew there would be a quick answer to my many questions. Thank you for all your help in making our trampoline fun and safe again. zibitgirl”

“We got the large trampoline after worrying about safety and whether or not our kids would actually use it. We are going into year 3 of having the trampoline and I'm so glad to report that our three children (now ages 8, 5, and 3) play on it almost daily. The trampoline has held up very well and we love how much space they have to jump. The safety net is definitely a must for us and parents who bring their children over for playdates appreciate it, too. We've had great customer service from Heather and know that the company will honor their guarantees of a safe and durable trampoline. Definitely recommend.”

“I needed a replacement enclosure net and the website said they were out of stock. I emailed customer service and they said they could get one out to me. Net arrived quickly and fit perfectly.”

“We've had our Zupapa trampoline for over four years now and it has been terrific. Recently, the pole sleeves, which are connected to the net, had begun to wear out in the hot South Carolina sun, so it was time to replace the net. I worked with Dorothy, who got me exactly what I needed for a reasonable price and with very prompt shipping. We recommend this trampoline to everyone who sees it.”

“Our 4 kids have loved their 15ft trampoline every year we've had it, and they are /very/ hard on it. Zupapa has gone above and beyond in replacing parts under warranty and in quickly providing reasonably-priced replacements for items that the kids have damaged. Working with Heather to replace a damaged piece this time was no different. I do not mind paying for something that the company will proudly stand behind.”
