“We went for the larger trampoline and so glad we did because the kids and adults jump on this all day long, especially during COVID-19 lockdowns in CA. It's a great way for the kids to be outside, get their energy out and perfect their aerial flips and tricks, while the parents are getting a good workout. The trampoline is very sturdy and high quality and it has been a sanity saver for our family. We went beyond our warranty and needed some replacement parts and connected with Lan at Zupapa, who has been super attentive and responsive. To no surprise, there is a shortage of many items during COVID-19 and Lan is actually going over and beyond to help us secure two pieces and gave us and estimated date of receipt. I really appreciate Lan's frequent correspondence and help! Great customer service, great product and great fun jumping!”

“A strong wind tossed the main part of the trampoline into a tree (after we removed the netting to store for winter) and broke a side rail. We contacted Zupapa for a replacement part. The service from Victor was quick, courteous and they shipped the part to us within the week. The trampoline is several yrs old, but that didn't seem to matter to Zupapa - we offered to pay, but they sent it at no cost. I couldn't ask for better customer service from a company.”

“Our family used this trampoline all summer without injury and with maximum fun! one part broken after daily use, contacted customer service Heather, She has gone above and beyond! “This will be my second review of this product/company. I have purchased 2 trampolines from Zupapa. I purchased the first based on the product, and the second based on the company. Our second trampoline began to have some springs break at not quite the 2 year mark. Without hesitation, the company responded to my warranty claim and had the replacement parts out to me within 10 days of the initial report. Their customer service is top tier. While the above might make you wonder about a purchase of the product due to the need for a warranty claim, I assure you that our trampoline sees above average use in a climate that in very harsh for metal of any kind. We use the trampoline 1hr/day minimum and live in an area where it rains often. Not to mention that the rain is of the coastal variety, meaning it has above normal content of salt. The product is great....the warranty and customer service......even better.”

“Zupappa trampolines have brought our family of four together for lots of outdoor fun! The kids work on tricks or games; the parents jump 'til we're out of breath, then we do it again as long as the weather is good. The setup was straightforward and the construction is solid. Don't forget to use the lawn stakes to anchor your frame, though -- before our stakes were in a strong wind actually moved the frame!”

“I ordered this trampoline for my grandkids in the spring. My son assembled it without any problems. The whole family enjoyed it and it was a wonderful addition to their back yard for summer entertainment. The dog also enjoyed the shady cooling spot it provided underneath. Two months later, a massive storm destroyed the net enclosure, but spared the trampoline. Costumer service was prompt in their reply to send a replacement net enclosure. Our family has been very happy with both the quality of the product and the great customer service.”
