“WE PURCHASED THIS TRAMPOLINE FOR OUR SON‘S 11TH BIRTHDAY. HE LOVES IT!! HE SPENDS A LOT OF TIME OUT THERE ALL YEAR ROUND! IT IS A GREAT SIZE & WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. IT GETS A LOT OF USE! SHIPPING WAS VERY QUICK WHEN WE INITIALLY PURCHASED THE TRAMPOLINE. WE’VE HAD A MAJOR STORM IN OUR AREA AFTER A YEAR AND HEATHER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE IN HELPING US OBTAIN THE PARTS WE NEED FOR THE REPAIRS. “Our 3 boys (15, 13, 11) love this trampoline. It is a great size, easy to put together (great project for me and my 13 year old) and I love that the springs are covered for extra safety. We had a huge storm that blew it over (because I didn't pin it down with the spikes - my fault!), and Heather from customer service immediately responded to my request for the 2 net poles that bent, and is shipping them to us free of charge. Excellent product and customer service. Keep up the great work Zupapa!”

“We received this trampoline as a gift, we have had it over 3 years and it still looks great. many houses in my neighborhood have trampolines. Mine is the best:) It feels safe, looks great, holds my husband and I as well. I am very happy with this trampoline. Customer service was really helpful when I needed to replace some misplaced parts. Heather was her name and she was wonderful, I had a lot of questions and she got back to me and answered all of them. Thank you ❤️”

“We have had our trampoline for a few years now. We have experienced some normal wear and tear after much use. After contacting the company for replacement parts, they have always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful to get us what we needed in a timely fashion. We have worked with Heather and she has been friendly and very prompt with her emails. We would highly recommend purchasing this product!”

“This trampoline is a great addition to backyard fun. High-quality product. My kids and the neighbor kids are occupied and get great exercise on this. It was fairly easy to assemble and even easier to disassemble for the winter months. Also, customer service of Zupapa is wonderful. Heather was very responsive, and provided great information to me. It is nice to work with a company with great customer service.”
