“I purchased the 15 ft Trampoline 2 1/2 yrs ago and the kids have loved it. I was able to assemble it myself and would recommend this trampoline without hesitation. I just recently reached out to the company for a replacement net and they shipped me one within days. It's a quality product for the price and great customer service.”

“I have had my trampoline for over three years now. I take the trampoline mat, pad and springs inside the shed every winter, but I leave the enclosure net on year round. The trampoline sees a fair amount of rain, wind, cold and even a little snow in the spring and fall. The mat itself and the bars and springs are still in great condition, but the fabric in the net, the teeth on the net zipper and the spring cover pad had degraded to the point that they are no longer safe. I contacted Zupapa and they quickly responded with the information I need to order replacement parts, which is still much cheaper than buying a new trampoline. I am very satisfied with the process and look forward to enjoying our trampoline for more years to come.”

“We’ve had this product for four years and my daughter loves it and uses it regularly. After the winter storms hit this year, the net and pad got damaged by falling beaches. Heather, the Customer Happiness Executive (love the title) got back to me within hours when I reached out to get replacement parts. After looking up our order and confirming what we needed, the order was ready to go the next day. Awesome customer service. We already thought the trampoline was one of our best Christmas presents ever, but when we had storm damage, the customer service confirmed we made the right choice with Zupapa.”

“Ordered a replacement net for our 15' trampoline. The customer service rep Lan, set it up and shipped it quickly to us. It fits great. I'm glad we can order replacement parts because our kids use it a lot.”

“Got this for our kids about 4yrs ago for our 4 kids and it is a great, durable trampoline. Had an issue with the net needing to be replaced and Lan was very responsive and helpful with getting a replacement. Great Customer Service!”

“We have had the Zupapa trampoline for several years and love it. The kids have a blast on it and it has been a great outdoor activity especially since COVID has restricted our normal routines and get togethers. Great exercise for the adults too. The trampoline is very sturdy, but a couple months ago a large branch fell on the trampoline and damaged one of the frame sections. The Zupapa customer service team were excellent and quickly ascertained the section I needed and shipped a replacement. We are back to bouncing! Love it.”
