“My neighbors had a trampoline growing up. I remember going on it all the time. This trampoline is of the highest quality. We've had it for 4 1/2 years now and the trampoline is basically like new and the springs. The net tarp part has been destroyed by the sun, but I contacted Zupapa and was able to re-order another one. I need to find a way to protect the tarp part of the netting so it can last longer. I live in california so it gets really hot during the summers. If anything ever happens I will buy another one of these again.”

“Last fall, gusty winds managed to bend one of the lower net poles on our trampoline. Heather from customer service helped us get a replacement. Absolutely no hassles. Thanks a bunch Heather.”

“I researched many different trampolines. This one met all my requirements. It’s big, durable, easy to assemble, a lot safer then many out there and looks great! I love the fact that the springs are covered by a protective mat and it has netting all around. It comes with everything you need. I bought this trampoline as a Christmas gift for my kids. My kids love it. I definitely recommend this brand trampoline, You can’t go wrong buying this.”

“Kind of a broken record here. Wife researched many different trampolines. This one met all our requirements. It’s big, durable, easy to assemble, a lot safer then many out there and looks great! They love it and we get a little kick out of it ourselves. You can’t go wrong buying this.”

“We have been blown away by our trampoline, the company, and the customer service! Can't give both high enough marks. Our three girls are on it non-stop. Unfortunately, our oldest decided to go Rambo on one of the tall struts that holds up the side netting, Zupapa stepped right up and replaced it. Wow!!!!”

“I researched different brands of trampolines for days before deciding which one to buy. Zupapa has the best warranty by far! You can definitely find cheaper ones out there, but I felt the warranties were worth the extra money. I bought the trampoline for my grandchildren for Christmas and they love it! We had some issues with the delivery and didn't get the last box until February, but I don't think that was caused by Zupapa. When the third box never arrived, they were very helpful and sent it out right away. Hope in customer service was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Really good trampoline. Easy to put together, solid and sturdy. We had some very strong winds come up and do a little damage, but that's not the trampolines fault. Customer service has been excellent to work with in getting a couple replacement parts. Representative "Yummy" has been more than helpful. A+.”
