“I have has this trampoline for many years. The kids has loved growing up with such a fun accessory in our back yard. Due to some storm damage, I decided to replace the spring cover and the safety netting around the trampoline. I reached out to customer support and was quickly responded to. Yummy, my representative, answered all of my questions and helped me to get the proper pieces shipped out. Great service!”

“We got it for our kids for Christmas, had a strong wind storm this spring. The trampoline did get some damage. I got in touch with Joy at customer service, and the replacement parts were at my door within two days. I had some very happy kids. It’s a great product with great customer service.”

“Excellent product! Equally excellent customer service! Thank you Joy and the rest at Zupapa. The frame needs an improved solution for staying together in the wind. The provided pins held the legs in place to the ground while the rest of the trampoline detached and flew away. Peen/pin the leg sections together and it stays put.”

“I bought this trampoline for my 6 kids, ages 3-12 for Christmas. They absolutely love it, and it is also the hit of all their friends. After school work is done most afternoons some or all of my kids can be found on the trampoline. The neighbors come over and say our house is their favorite house because we have the trampoline. The kids have hours and hours of fun on it making up different games and things and I am pleased to see all of my kids playing nicely together for such a long period of time. I live in a very windy area and have had some bent poles because I do leave it out year round, but the customer service has been fast and excellent to work with. I have worked with Yummy via email to get replacement poles and have had very quick responses by email. Very pleased with my Zupapa trampoline and would highly recommend.”

“Purchased this trampoline and have been very pleased with the quality and the hours of enjoyment it gives the kids. We had to order replacement parts due to damage from a storm and received excellent customer service from Jenna to get this done. Very happy.”

“In the three years we have had our trampoline we have had wind damage the net poles and each time they have sent out everything we needed quickly. Our most recent interaction has been with Milka who has spent a great deal of time emailing me in order to insure we have the correct parts! Cannot express how well this company is run and stands behind their product. This being our third trampoline, Zupapa has been phenomenal from the start and they continue their excellent service to this day.”

“We purchased the 15’ trampoline 5yrs ago and it’s still going strong. I had to order a replacement pad and safety net (due to sun damage) and the customer support team was great (Milka helped with finding the right net). All of the replacement parts fit perfectly and I expect to get another 5 years out of them.”
