“My kids (and husband) LOVE our Zupapa 15ft trampoline!!! My husband and I were able to put it together ourselves really easily and it took way less time than we thought it would. The kids love to jump, but also love just hanging out and playing in it too. The quality has been great, and I love how safe and sturdy it is. During a recent storm a huge tree fell and damaged part of the safety net, frame and poles, and the awesome staff at Zupapa have helped us figure out what pieces we need to replace to get it back up and running. Such a relief as we thought the whole thing would need to be thrown away! Definitely recommend this trampoline for fun for the entire family!”

“If you are on the fence about ordering a trampoline - stop hesitating and do it! We are on season #5 with our Zupapa 15' and our kids never get tired of using it... This spring I needed a few replacement parts - just regular wear and tear - nothing has failed that caused injury... Yummy in customer service has been very helpful! Order today - new model warranty is outstanding!”

“This trampoline has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. It allowed our two full grown teenage boys to get exercise and enjoy time outside together which was great in the early days of quarantine. We've continued to use the trampoline until the winter weather hit here and we had to take the trampoline down for safe keeping. Jenna with customer service was great. She was responsive to our questions and even helped us locate parts to replace some of the parts that had worn out from so many hours of jumping fun! We're looking forward to many more years of trampoline time!”

“The quality of Zupapa's trampoline's is great. I bought one after researching quite a bit due to the load capacity and quality and I have not disappointed. Our trampoline gets a lot of use and it withstands it great. I've also appreciated their ongoing support allowing replacement parts to be purchased (thanks for the help, Yummy!).”

“I purchased this trampoline a few years ago as a Christmas present for my 3 kids. I chose the Zupapa brand because through all my research, the positive reviews and the warranty far surpassed what I saw from competitors. I can say confidently that I made the right choice. The shipping and delivery was prompt and the product was packaged very well (especially considering it was near the holidays at the time ). The setup was also easy and very straightforward. After a year or so, I contacted Zupapa because a few springs had slight rust. I inquired about the possibility of replacement an customer service was amazing. They replaced the springs with no issue. Over the past 3 years, my kids (and I) have enjoyed countless hours of regular use. That being said, I can report that the trampoline itself has held up very well. The frame, springs, and jumping mat are still in great condition. The only part that has suffered noticeable wear and tear is the safety enclosure. Luckily, I called Zupapa to ask some questions and and was helped by Jenna. She answered my questions about a replacement enclosure and offered help in purchasing the right enclosure for my trampoline. With an investment like this, I cant speak more highly about the company or the product.”
