“WE PURCHASED THIS TRAMPOLINE 2 YEARS AGO BECASUE WE NEEDED A NEW ONE AND WE NEEDED A NET, FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. THIS ITEM WAS THE RIGHT PRICE, THE RIGHT SIZE AND AVAILABLE RIGHT AWAY! MY HUSBAND AND SON PUT THE TRAMPOLINE PORTION UP THE WEEK WE RECEIVED IT. IT WENT TOGETHER WITH EASE. DIRECTIONS WERE EASY TO READ AND FOLLOW. THE NET DID NOT GO UP RIGHT AWAY DUE TO LACK OF TIME. A FEW DAYS LATER, MY 12 YEAR OLD SON ASKED IF HE COULD PUT THE NET ON. I WAS LIKE, SURE....LIKE HE'S GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT BY HIMSELF.....LOL SURE ENOUGH, HE DID THE ENTORE THING! POLES, PROTECTORS AND NETTING...ALL THE WAY AROUND AND ALL BY HIMSELF! NEEDLESS TO SAY, IT'S SO EASY...EVEN A 12 YEAR OLD CAN DO IT...ALONE. LOL THE KIDS AND THEIR FRIENDS HAVE BEEN JUMPING, FLIPPING AND HAVING FUN EVER SINCE! WE WOULD PURCHASE THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN! THANK YOU FOR A QUALITY ITEM AT AN AMZINGLY FAIR PRICE!”

“I am so so pleased with the costumer service from this company. We had a problem with our trampoline from winds and they were so accommodating about getting the parts for us. They made sure through the whole process that we were taken care of! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who would like a trampoline.”

“We have an older Zupapa trampoline and spent a year trying to replace our ripped mat. I later found an old photo of our trampoline and noticed the brand name which lead me to the Zupapa site. I emailed the Customer Service team with questions and pictures and was able to receive prompt assistance locating the correct mat. We now have our trampoline back. :)”

“We purchased the 15ft trampoline and it was delivered within a week! I had to reach out to Customer Service as one of the packages was delivered separately from the other two. Heather replied back and kept the lines of communication completely open until the product was assembled! Assembly was not difficult at all! Within a few hours we went from boxes in the garage to a trampoline in the yard! The trampoline is much better than expected and very glad we chose this brand. Highly recommend Zupapa!!!”

“I worked with Jenna to get a replacement netting for my trampoline and it could not have gone easier. She was kind enough to include extra foam poles so that I could replace the damages ones as well and followed-up to make sure that I received the product when promised. The trampoline is like new and my kids are happy to be able to jump again!”
