“The trampoline has been great, but a few years after we purchased it, it was heavily damaged in a windstorm (140 MPH straight-line winds). Heather at Zupapa was incredibly helpful in assisting us choosing the right replacement parts, pricing them fairly and offering us a great deal on shipping. Standing behind your product years after the purchase and offering personal assistance (and asking questions from pictures sent when we were obviously confused) is a sign of a caring, stand-up company. “We bought our Zupapa trampoline over five years ago. The mat and framing has held up really well. We live in a very windy valley, and therefore the netting, netting poles, and pad had taken a bitten over the years (we left everything assembled even through the winter season). Green was very helpful and responsive with helping us to order new parts that would fit our trampoline (we have an older model). The parts were shipped and arrived very quickly. I highly recommend Zupapa for its product quality and customer service, especially noting Green's help. Thank you!”

“We have had this trampoline for 5 years, our old mat got some holes in it. I was out in contact with Milka and she was awesome! Helped me through the whole process of ordering a new mat she even contacted me after I received the mat making sure I received everything and that it all worked!! Thanks again Milka for all your help!!”

“My kids love this trampoline! After the first year, a tree branch fell on it, bending 3 of the poles. I reached out to customer service who responded immediately and were quick to help me out and send me replacements. I highly recommend zupapa products.”

“After purchasing one of your trampolines years ago which we love, I have been impressed by the great quality of both the trampoline and even more so the customer support when I needed some trampoline replacement parts. Parts are difficult to find via general online searches but when I reached out here, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and quality of response and options provided. My thanks to this team for working with me to identify and help provide me with some flexible price options for different combinations of exactly what was needed. My compliments as your responsiveness and cheerful willingness to work with me on the details on parts we needed helped me decide to purchase the replacement parts as opposed to having to purchase a new replacement trampoline which I did not want to do. “SONJA HERE : I JUST WANTED TO ADD THAT I HAD TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REPLACEMENT POLE THAT WAS STARTING TO BEND (PROBABLY DUE TO MOVING THE TRAMPLONE WHEN MOWING) AND THEY WERE AMAZING AT GETTING BACK TO ME AND FINDING THE EXACT PIECE I NEED. ANOTHER EXELLENT REASON TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! :) THANK YOU!!!”
