“I contacted WR Engineering when my garage door started self opening, creating a security risk. They were understanding and came out on the day I called. The problem was rectified and I have had no issues since. I was greatly impressed with the speed that my request was actioned.”

“I am so very, very impressed in my dealings with all team members of WR Engineering to date. Last Saturday the blustery winds loosened and dislodged a large section of my side fence which was installed four years ago. My phone calls to the afterhours POC were dealt with promptly as was the call on Monday morning at 0800hrs to inform me that a representative would be on their way to fix my fence. Pieter Marx was on site as promised and fixed my fence within a very short period of time. He even apologised that the screws did not match the fence colour, a minor point in my view! His professionalism and pleasant manner to fix what I thought was not the easiest of repairs was very much appreciated. Thank you WR Team!!”

“WR Engineering technician Mohammed attended to repair/maintain my gate opening mechanism, including remote transmitters, on 8 May '24. I cannot speak too highly of his work, which involved getting a somewhat old gate mechanism working as it should. The job demanded extra effort and attention but Mohammed stayed with it until it was done. Thanks Mohammed.”

“Sahil & Pieter did a fantastic job on my fence, communicated around issues that arose and we worked out what would work better. They were very helpful with cutting up the old fence to make it easier for me deal with. They got it up in one day which was amazing . My son commented a week later while having a cuppa what a good job they had done on the fence & how good it looked 👍”

“We installed a roller door from WR Engineering back in 2008 and we have had very little problems with the door - not with the staff. They were always quick to come for the Service and any problems were rapidly fixed. I strongly recommend WR Engineering.”

The installers were professional and friendly. The fence was installed to a high standard and we appreciated it how the old fence was removed in stages so that the backyard wasn't exposed overnight.”

“Sam, the installer, was excellent. He replaced my very old original door, tidying up the previous works and making it all neater and sweeter. Sam explained everything before he completed the works and the warranty conditions. All very efficient and I am really happy with the new door!”
