Don’t expect an lost item insurance payout!
Sent a posters in a tube (worth $90) to Hungary using this site and it never arrived - after 3 months of constant inquires I was told it “was lost” Oh, and by the way, the insurance included in the price quoted to me (see picture) did not apply, only to “commercial users” AH what? Why not state that in the quote you gave ME? I will NEVER use these useless monkeys again!
