I've sent a lot of parcels, all of the same dimensions and weight with ParcelMonkey. On two occasions I've had them come back after delivery to say additional charges have been made for the parcel due to weight being over. This is incorrect. The parcels all weigh the same and are the same size ( I only sell one product).
I will not use them any longer if they can't defend their actions.
