NEVER USE THIS SHIPPING SERVICE
They omitted the company name on my parcel, when I gave them one.
Now the parcel is going back to the sender, it can't be stopped. But the customer support of parcel monkey keeps sending me requests to contact local post office, because the parcel can be received, which is a lie, because it is already on the way to the sender (I contacted local post 5 times).
I claimed refund for numerous times and they just ignore these requests.
