Do not ever use Parcel Monkey. They are not a reliable service. I am still waiting for a small parcel sent from the UK to Italy. That was 6 weeks ago and the tracking report just states that it arrived in delivery country. I am still waiting, and cannot see it being delivered to me by xmas, if ever!!!!!
Parcel monkey lacks a proper customer service/ customer care process. They are an extremely poor company to have dealings with. Steer clear of them as you would do with a plague virus.
