Awful awful experience
Paid £72 to send leftover boxes of wood flooring to the original company including insurance from London.later I got message from Parcel Monkey to say the parcel returned not accepted and if I want my parcel back I need to pay £88 or come to Southampton to pick it up!. I have been 2 days trying to communicate with them and I am getting no where . If they collected my parcel from London why they can’t bring it to London
This is absolutely terrible service !
