They don't advertise what they sell. The checkout clearly requires you to highlight, where you wish your item to be returned in case of a failed delivery. Now when it comes to actually returning the item, ParcelMonkey instead routes your parcel to their warehouse and demands further payment (which is 110% more then what I initially purchased). In the UK, this is called fraud by false representation. You can validate this statement by calling Citizens advice. I have challenged Parcelmonkey on this matter and received a refund (for the return), but you won't believe the amount of arguing I had to go through. My recommendation to Parcelmonkey is to actually inform their clients what they sell (at the checkout). If return is not included, like what you would get if buying directly from the carrier, highlight it. Also get competent people in customer service, who have a clue about logistics & customs.
