Parcel Monkey doesn't do anything a regular postal service won't do. In the UK, Parcel Force will collect your parcel from your home. No need for Parcel Monkey. Unlike kosher firms such as DHL or Fed-Ex, they have no customs agent. So it's down to you to deal with customs - they take no responsibility. They are a waste of time and money.
