Box was returned to the sender's address after 3 months, all contents damaged. A little 20 pounds refund was offered, but then it was paid out to a wrong account which was closed 6 months earlier neglecting my indications. Customer service is not helping, seems to talk to a cheap AI given the multiple errors in basic logic. Still asking for the 20 pounds after 6 months, but just for the purpose of research on the operations of this company
