Would not advise using parcel monkey - we booked a UPS courier delivery slot and we are now entering the third day waiting if they will eventually pick our package up?! You are given no time slot but expected to sit in all day and wait if the courier will actually turn up (3 days in our case). Parcel monkey refuse to compensate for this appalling service but instead just keep rebooking slots for the following day that are yet to come to fruition!
