I wasted my money using their service. Your parcel will not arrive at the time they advertise; and prices are higher than the actual courier. Customer service is very poor and they wash their hands saying “that’s on the courier” but do not contact them when there’s an issue, do not provide update, do not help you when there is a problem. At the end, the delay was caused due to documentation issues which was all issued by parcel monkey.
Incredibly disappointed by this service.
