we shipped a large item out to holland, the courier company over there say they tried to deliver it but no card or anything was left so the recipient didnt know anything about it. it was subsequently returned.
obvioulsy we were not happy so when asking for some kind of refund we were told its our responsibility to monitor tracking so no refund can be given..
we are looking into this further as that is just stupid. we did ship another through them but now have changed to a different company.
