Zero customer service to resolve a problem
Used them several times and all was fine - UNTIL I has a problem. Zero customer assistance to resolve the matter. I did all the work - contacted FedEx myself - got the weight corrected. FedEx reversed the back charge to their account - I provided Parcel Monkey with that documentation. They STILL won't reverse the back charge sent to my credit card. Plus - FedEx confirmed the $524 back charge from Parcel Monkey was about 10x the actual parcel back charge. Don't expect any customer service if you have a problem. Beware.
