Its really a shame that you pride your self with outstanding service while you instead do conduct a very poor and unplanned operations.
My parcel is no where to be found.. No email or text.. You abandoned my self sponsored parcel to another currier and now I can't trace my parcel. I'm so disappointed and would never think of using PARCEL MONKEY again.. But first I want answers from you concerning my delivery.
