I recently sent a parcel to myself from England to Greece. Once the item had been delivered I received an email from Parcel Monkey a couple of days later to say that the dimensions of a parcel I had sent were incorrect and they have charged an additional 30 GBP to my card. Luckily, I still had the box in my possession and was able to provide photographic evidence that the dimensions were in fact correct. Parcel Monkey have flatly refused to reimburse the additional charges and customer services simply ignore any correspondence. Will never make the mistake of using them again.
