Be warned. After one week of NOT collecting my parcel from my local post office, loads of messages from me, they have now come back and demanded MORE MONEY because apparently its needs more wrapping.
Parcel Monkey UK does NOT have a phone number. Customer services are all online and bloody hopeless. I now have no package and am out nearly £30 and NO reply from Parcel Monkey.
Be warned, when things go wrong, THEY GO REALLY WRONG and there is NOTHING you can do about it. I am out my item and my money now. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
