""Less than 1 star, NEVER USE THEM. Pay the £0.5 you save using them direct to the courier company. Parcel was never collected yet they STILL have not refunded my money after chasing every week for 2 months. I keep getting fobbed off with excuses and that it has been escalated. No phone number to speak to any one. Just the crappy chat service.
