When queried they deleted my comments off Facebook and blocked my account. Also after emailing they have said they have no customer service support and no number we can contact. They have not given a reason as to why our package will not be delivered. It may cost a few pounds more but book direct with the parcel companies, as at least if an item is returned to sender they will deliver it back to you, they add their wearhouse address as the sending address so it will go back to them and then they will demand a fee and return postage from there, or they will destroy your package. As we were shipping to UK> China our postage cost a considerable amount and we have lost a lot of money in this process.
