My recipient had the wrong parcel delivered - paid for next day delivery - It was VERY urgent.
Not only did they have delivered the wrong parcel - it's 7 days later and still between them and DX they cannot locate it - saying it was already delivered. They have no phone number and I have asked in mails and live chat to have a manager contact me directly - they just ignore me.
They are a scam company and say they are not responsible, but DX is telling me directly it is down to them to start the investigation but they will not.
Trust me now - do NOT use them, be prepared to lose your parcel. Their customer service is non existent. I explained they have a legal contract with me not DX.
You have been warned!!!!
Trading Standards should have them closed down
