3 weeks ago I posted 4 dresses to a customer in the US. I used the same grey mailing bag I have always used. I then received an email telling me that my 55cm mailing bag was measured at 88cm and it weighed twice as much as I quoted! I was then automatically charged an additional £10! When I wrote and complained about this and asked to see the evidence, nothing solid was supplied. I had used Parcel Monkey for many years but the total lack of customer support when they make a mistake is disgusting. Well done Parcel Monkey for losing a customer for life. Avoid this company at all cost. Everything is fine when they take your money. They do not want to know when something goes wrong.
