Poor service!! Cant claimed insurance due to TnC when it is clear that the item was broken due to poor handling indicated by badly damaged box. If the box was in a very good condition then I would have accepted that it was my fault however only some of the pieces was broken indicating that it was safely wrapped and it would have arrived safe and sound if it was properly handled!!!!. Avoid avoid avoid this company!
